Don't use olive oil on your skin

TL;dr - don't use olive oil on your skin

Over the last six or eight years there have been a number of interesting research studies focused on the use of plant oils for skin care.

Good news - most of the ones we love are fantastic, such as coconut and grapeseed and sunflower, etc.

BUT it is increasingly clear that olive oil should be part of your diet but should not be on your skin or scalp. ESPECIALLY if you have eczema or dermatitis.

Since I don't make this stuff up, here's an example you can read yourself.
